Shipping Policy
At Cart Cases, we understand the importance of timely and efficient shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95 will be charged. We use USPS, FedEx and UPS for shipping and will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cart Cases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any product within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us at support@cartcases.com to initiate a return or exchange.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
